There are many ways to actively address blight. This includes through the revitalization and redevelopment of existing and long-cherished architectural community icons. Unfortunately, sometimes a structure becomes so dilapidated and unstable, it creates a public safety hazard. These are the structures that become potential candidates for Demolition. Since January of 2018, the Redevelopment Authority has demolished 21 such structures.
